Physician Testimonials
The following represents observations and comments from busy, practicing physicians concerning their experiences with the Clinical Information Network product portfolio.
I believe video conferencing to be a very effective means to be detailed on medications. I much prefer this to office rep visits as I can do it on my time when I am not too rushed. In this way, both parties have a more productive encounter.
I am a partner in a large multi-specialty practice (25 doctors and growing) and I manage a busy inpatient and outpatient internal medicine practice. It is the policy of our practice to not have rep visits or lunches at our office.
This was the policy before I joined the practice and therefore online detailing is my only interaction with reps and I have enjoyed the relationship with Clinical InfoNet.
They have been very professional and I have participated in their programs regularly for over a year. They have been reliable with samples and my relationship with their reps are as good as the relationship I've had with the best office reps I dealt with in my prior practice.
Currently, if a company doesn't participate in online detailing programs, I don't hear their message. I firmly believe online detailing is a very efficient pharmaceutical marketing strategy and I expect to participate in more programs in the future.
Bruce Rose, M.D.
I really do enjoy videoconferencing! I feel it is much more effective for both myself and the sales representative.
For myself, because I can choose when I call in - avoiding those "I don't have time to talk, just let me sign your sheet" that happens so frequently when reps come into the office. I also like that they have the supporting information at the touch of a button.
For the reps, they don't have to run all over town to talk to doctors at different offices (or even in different states).
I really value the information that I receive, and would like the opportunity to learn about even more products!
Monica Beamer, M.D., Carrollton, Texas
I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how pleased we are here at the Clinic with the services provided by the Clinical Information Network. Your representatives are so courteous and knowledgeable, and very respectful of the time we are online/onscreen together.
This service has saved us a LOT of time in getting information about the products detailed, and in receiving samples as well. We have found the whole process to be very helpful.
Is there any chance you could expand the product lines you now detail? Thanks in advance, and keep up the good work!
Charles B. Goldberg, M.D., The Shellwood Medical Clinic, Portland, Ore.
It is a monthly treat to interact with the Pharmaceutical Representatives available through the Clinical Information Network. As you know, there is a shortage of Primary Care Physicians and it is getting more and more difficult to accommodate the visits of the Reps who seem to drop in to visit at the busiest of moments in my always-busier office. I am always very busy (fortunately!) and rarely can pay much attention to the reps as they try to detail me.
On the Clinical Information Network however, I speak with the Representatives when I am rested, calm, interested in what they have to say and never rushed. I call from home at my convenience, when I am in the mood and receptive to the detail. It is always a pleasant and informative interaction and the rep always sends me samples which arrive a few days later.
It does not interrupt my workflow nor distract me from my patient care. This way when I am in the office, I concentrate on patients, and after hours, I do my CME and Pharmaceutical Details on MY schedule, not someone else's.
My office practice partners are lobbying me to stop seeing Reps altogether and although I have resisted it until now, I am thinking of acceding to their wishes. Office time is increasing more valuable and reps are becoming more irritating and invasive. My son calls them "cronophages."
I have also read that many pharmaceutical companies and others are looking for ways to save money. Video conferencing with doctors who are actually interested and receptive to the message would seem to me to be a "no brainer." I have also read that the average drug company spends about $90,000 per year, per high-volume, high-prescribing doctor. They could target better and get a much better return on their investment using your Clinical Information Network for a tiny fraction of that amount!
I have many patients here in Rhode Island who run small manufacturing and supply businesses who used to spend many hours and dollars on the road and in the air traveling far and wide to network with their clients. Now they use the internet and a web cam. It's keeping them in business and their customers prefer it too for the same reasons I do.
I hope your service becomes ever more popular and used by all companies. We all will benefit from it, the very definition of "a good deal."
Frank Savoretti, J.D., M.D., Johnston, R.I.
I find Clinical InfoNet to be an effective means of meeting drug reps and getting detailed. What I like about the Net is that I can choose my time to log on. I have developed a similar relationship with (video reps) as the ones I develop with the reps who come to my office, and I receive the same type of detailing I do face-to-face in my office.
Recently, I was talking to one of my reps who comes to my office every 2 weeks. He was concerned about his job. I told him about Clinical InfoNet and where I felt the field of pharmaceutical reps was heading. I showed him your website and he said he was going to contact you. He was quite impressed with the web interaction.
I truly believe this is the future of pharmaceutical detailing to physicians. It saves fuel, allows doctors to form relationships, and gives us access to samples. Clinical InfoNet is the gold standard of the pharmaceutical detail industry.
Julie Fabregas-Schindler, D.O., Madison, Fla.
I feel compelled to write to you about my total satisfaction with the Clinical Information Network. I am an office-based internist and find it difficult to set aside time during my busy days to meet with pharmaceutical reps.
My meetings generally consist of a minute or 2 across the reception desk window, or a quick lunchtime detail, when I am trying to catch up with phone calls or chart notes.
I value my pharmaceutical reps and feel it is important to meet with them regularly to remain up-to-date about currently available drugs as well as disease states.
The Clinical Information Network has addressed these issues! I am able to do a video detail at my convenience, generally in the evening when I no longer have the pressure of having to run on time! The details have been thorough and the reps are always respective of my time.
These video details are much better than a phone detail. I can actually see the rep and feel that I have established a personal relationship with them, much like with the reps who visit me in my office.
Furthermore, the support staff have been excellent! I was not trained in the computer age and the support staff have been extremely patient, kind, and helpful when I have had a problem.
Bonnie Koreff-Wolf, M.D., Syracuse, N.Y.
I have been a participant in the Clinical InfoNet program for almost a year now. My experience with it has been quite positive. Of value to me is the fact that the encounters with the representative is usually according to my own schedule without the intrusiveness that a face-to-face contact might bring to a busy patient schedule in my clinic.
The privacy of the communication is also valuable and important to me as it takes place in my own office rather than in a hallway where patients might be present along with other staff. Finally, the quality of the communication is better with better electronic material that is more informative and appreciated.
If available, I would probably steer more of my encounters with representatives to a forum such as Clinical InfoNet, and look forward to continuing to work with them.
Dr. Hage, California
The service that Clinical InfoNet provides in video detailing is invaluable. I am able to access Pharma professionals when it is convenient for me, and without interrupting patient care. The 2-way video allows for a more personal interaction, so it doesn't feel technologically sterile. The setup was easy, and technical support walked me through some audio issues that I had at the beginning. Their technical support is probably the best that I've encountered across my many years of technology use.
I appreciate the service that Clinical InfoNet provides, and find the access to information about new products, and simple access for sample requests, to be a very efficient way to do detailing.
I am sincerely hoping that more Pharma companies will jump on this method of detailing, as it would be much more time and cost efficient to me and the pharma industry.
Faith R. Protsman, M.D., Gilroy, Calif.
I like to use Clinical Information Network because it is a convenient way to get medical information at a convenient time for me. I usually call
when one of the patients didn't show up and I have a few minutes to spare.
I don't feel pressure from the people who answer my call. They don't push me to listen like I have experienced with some representatives of pharm companies when they show up in my office any time they like.
I am sure this is a way to go in future communications with pharm industry.
Sam Oryol, M.D.
Clinical InfoNet is an easy to use internet based method of communication. It is comparable to face-to-face contact with pharma representatives but is done on your own time and venue. It works well in my busy schedule and also can be used to make video calls to other physicians in the network.

I greatly enjoy the chance to use the videoconferencing thru Clinical InfoNet. The reps are very informed, show good product information, they are to the point, and respect my time constraints. I am able to choose the time that I want to talk and it has worked very well in my busy practice.
Richard M. Glover II, M.D., Family and Sports Medicine
As an Internist, I need time with my patients to properly diagnose and treat their problems. Today’s economic environment forces us to see more patients than we prefer to so as to make ends meet.
Time for drug representative visits has become more difficult despite the fact I enjoy talking with them. They never seem to come at a convenient time and when they do, there are always other pressing matters that need my attention. Even signing for samples during hours takes time.
Clinical InfoNet has solved that dilemma!
They offer prompt video connections to pharmaceutical reps when I have the time to do them. Calling the reps via computer is done when I am free and affords me the chance to ask the questions I have when I have the time to do it!
The connection is clear, the reps respect my time, and they have the ability to show me any materials they need to as if they were in my office. I can even order samples.
Clinical InfoNet gives me the best of both worlds: more time with my patients and the ability to interact with the Pharmaceutical reps when I have the time to.
As drug companies continue to downsize, I see video detailing becoming a bigger part of their interaction with physicians. I would highly recommend it!
Joseph R. Friedlander, M.D., N.J.
As a Family Physician with a busy practice, I have little time to discuss meaningful issues regarding medication advances in my office.
The Clinical Information Network allows me access to such information from the comfort of my home, at a time convenient for me. Using direct video, without the time constraints during the workday, I am able to ask more detailed questions that ultimately will help benefit my patients.
Hopefully this service will expand to all the major pharmaceutical brands.
Anonymous physician in Pennsylvania
Clinical Info Network has been such a great resource for me. I have great interaction with a rep about products I wouldn't know anything about if not thru this process.
I can access the site at a time convenient for me. I am able to ask for samples anytime I want. Technical support has been superb.
I definitely recommend this process to detail physicians about different pharmaceutical products.
Dr. Ramiro
I have been involved with the Clinical Information Network for approximately a year. I find it an ideal way to learn about pharmaceuticals. It is easier to discuss these medications through videoconferencing at a time of my choosing than it is to be standing with a pharmaceutical representative in a hallway between patients.
I have the time to ask questions and view product information in a less stressful setting. During these discussions, key points "stick with me" much better than in a two-minute, face-to-face in the office with a rep who is trying to cover too much information in too little time.
I have found the actual software easy to install and use. The video conference runs smoothly and I have had no problems viewing the representative. The presentation graphics load quickly and are very useful to view as the representative speaks. I found the technical support to be excellent the one time that I had to use it. Overall, I would highly recommend this form of video detailing.

I believe that pharmaceutical reps always visit at an inconvenient time with regards to the consideration of the overall office efficiency (except possibly at lunch - if they bring it - and that is soon becoming a thing of the past with more stringent regs.).
Samples are very necessary in primary care practices but are not available to me or you if pharm rep visits are not made; enter the Clinical Info Network and their video marketing concept tool!
I have taken advantage of this state-of-the-art benefit for more than a year. This is a very easy way to 'connect with a video-rep' for 5 minutes (or longer or shorter – it’s up to you) and receive a professional, well-presented two-sided video exchange and then via fax/mail the needed and requested samples.
The ability to use the video camera that is supplied within the medical community makes it a great adjunct to any practice and it is all done when you have the available 5-minutes.
All of this at no cost to me! “It doesn't get any better than that"
Allan R. Paul, M.D., Tyler, Texas
Videoconferencing network provides fast, easy, convenient access to pharmaceutical services and info, and is a great resource for physicians
Dr. Patel
The Clinical Information Network has been an excellent source of information for my practice. Due to the busy nature of primary care medicine, I do not always have the time to meet with all of the representatives that call on my office.
The CIN allows me to learn about new developments and clinical data at my own convenience.
I look forward to expanding this knowledge base in the coming months ahead.
Dr. John A. Fritz
I have been extremely pleased for the past year or so to have been able to participate in the videoconferencing network sponsored by Clinical InfoNet. I have found the pharmaceutical reps to be quite knowledgeable, able to answer my questions, and always mindful of my time constraints.
I would be delighted to see additional pharmaceutical companies added to the roster!
S. Mallis, M.D.
I have been using videoconferencing network for last year and found it quite "painless"! It is done at my convenience once a month and does not take more that 5-minutes. I would recommend it.
Dr. Shivinder Deol, Bakersfield, Calif.
Clinical InfoNet is at the forefront of Medicine with respect to establishment of contact with the clinician. The network allows the physician to obtain first-hand experience regarding various medications from which their patients may benefit.
The information is at the fingertips of the physician who may contact the Network via computer at any time and be connected to a representative.
These clinical sessions also allow the practitioner to obtain patient samples, discount coupons, and information for the patients. So the physician is acting as an advocate for the patient while keeping up-to-date regarding clinical medicine.
This service is an asset to both the physician and patient and should be fostered by the pharmaceutical industry as well as the medical community. Thank you for always being there for our patient.

I have been doing videoconferencing with Clinical Information Network for over 10 months now. The network has provided quality pharmaceutical information, samples, and relationship over this time.
I fully endorse the network and have told my associates about CIN. It is very convenient to have this kind of pharmaceutical information from the companies. I have never had any problems getting on for a session.
Prompt e-mails from the reps. Very fast mailing of samples. I would recommend it to all physicians.
Roger A. Skindell, D.O.
I love the idea of video conferencing.
It let’s me talk to reps on my schedule. Video reps provide all the services a face-to-face rep provides except a luncheon meeting.
Dr. Wm. L. Gerard
As you know, I am a big proponent of this system, and was an early adopter of this form of technology. I strongly believe that the future of drug rep-doctor relationships is in this technology. It allows me to access the reps on my time, when I am not being distracted by outside forces, and it allows me to get information which I need, not just a standard blurb which sounds so canned.
I have hoped for a long time that the big Pharma companies would embrace this form of detailing, because it is so much more efficient than the visits I get in my office from the reps, who are always verging on violating HIPPA laws by standing in my hallway until I have a free minute to talk to them.
I do think that the model is a fair one, and in return the video reps get 10-minutes uninterrupted with me. I can assure you, when I see the reps in my office, my average length of visit with them is about 2 minutes, and I am always looking at a chart or thinking about my next patient at the same time.
I hope that this form of video-detailing becomes more mainstream, as I know a number of physicians who would be happy to convert all their rep visits to this method (including myself)!
Thank you for your perseverance in trying to market this instrument to more Pharma companies.
Eric Hoffman M.D., Arlington, Texas
Clinical Information Network has been a very efficient experience due to the fact I can be detailed at home, at night, and away from the office. No time wasting at my busy office when I cannot concentrate on the details from the pharma reps anyway.
I sense this could be the way pharma detailing will be done in the future with all the cutbacks in the companies and Clinical Information Network has an impressive way to accomplish it.
Gej, M.D.
I have been very impressed with the professional detailing and interaction that your company has provided my office with the online details that you have conducted. It is nice to be able to see and talk to a representative who is well versed and knowledgeable on the drug being detailed. My questions are always answered fully and the samples arrive in a timely manner.
Thank you and your company for being so available and professional.
Daniel Hoffman, M.D., Dunlap, Ill.
I have found the Clinical Information Network to be a unique, interesting, and fun way to receive information. I particularly like the fact that the service is there for me to use when I am ready - unlike physical reps who may show up in my office at sometimes inopportune times. The samples I request are available in a timely manner and are beneficial to my patients.
I intend to continue to participate as long as the service is available
S. Paul Kajencki, M.D.
I want to assure you that I have had loads of experience with on-line marketing efforts and have found that Clinical InfoNet is definitely the best of the bunch. The quality of the relations of your agents has been exceptional. I would be very disappointed if your service were discontinued.
T. C. Wascher, M.D.
I highly endorse this network. It’s a great resource to keep my knowledge updated periodically.
Maqsood A. Bhatti, M.D.
I have enjoyed using Clinical InfoNet as a forum to get information about medications. The details are easy to do and they are informative. I especially like all the samples since these are useful in my practice.
Dr. Alvarado
I am using this every month, with very good clinical information provided. I can do it at my available time. I have enjoyed it.

In our office, we see many patients who suffer from a myriad of different aliments. By doing web video-detailing, we are able to give our patients samples of medicine to be sure it will work for them before they buy a prescription.
Video-detailing allows me to talk to the video sales reps, on my time schedule. I can get a hold of a video pharmaceutical rep during the day, to ask questions regarding a drug and request additional samples if needed. This allows for a strong relationship to build.
Clinical InfoNet is simple to use. There is no disruption in my routine. I have been able to contact other physicians using the software for video conferencing.
I have found the program to be great!
Jeff Summe, D.O., Edmonds, Wash.
I have been involved in CIN for the past 6 months. The pharmacy reps have been very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of my time. It is a very accessible and convenient way of accessing information on a variety of products, without interrupting patient flow, and obtaining samples easily.
Any additional questions about the product have been promptly answered, or I have had access to a pharmacologist or physician director for further clarification.
I find this webcam-based service has been effective in communicating salient points, and quite interactive because I can talk directly to a pharmacy rep, and simultaneously get graphs and other relevant charts and details through my internet access.
I, therefore, am endorsing your program, and would like to see it expanded for other products or services
Howard Hoffberg, M.D., Physiatrist, Owings Mills, Md.
I think the Skype format for detailing is an excellent method and advance over conventional detailing. I have had the products sent to the office as samples. The new information on a monthly basis is a reasonable interval for updating. I think your "network" has been successful and needs to broaden its use to other products and pharmaceutical companies.
Steve Lewis, M.D., FACP, CDE
It is great talking to a live rep who can show you important slides and give you meaningful info.

I would like to express my opinion about the video conferencing. I find it very convenient. It saves me time during my busy day and I spend the time when I have it. Unlike a traditional rep, who just drops in, if I have the time I will see them. But if I am busy, I just can't afford the time to see them.
I have done this kind of conferencing in the past and like it. I have been a pharmaceutical rep in the past and know how tough it is to see the large number of doctors required of the company.
The face-to-face contact is similar whether it’s over the internet or in the office. I get the same quality information and am able to ask the same questions. I get samples very quickly so that has not been a problem. I have been emailed articles that have been helpful. They are emailed quickly and I have not had this service with a walk-in rep.
Bruce Fowler, M.D.
I have been a member of Clinical InfoNet for over a year. Their service is excellent and very informative. Their customer service staff is very friendly and will answer your requests immediately. I have learned a great deal about many products from them.

I am a firm believer in what I believe to be the "wave of the future" in drug detailing. I think Clinical InfoNet is one of the best online detailing (services) I have ever been involved in.
Karen, a video drug rep I deal with most often, is someone I have a better relationship with than most who present to my office. I can call anytime, with any question, and have my answer quickly and thoroughly. I don’t have to worry about "working anyone in" during my busy office day. I am a firm believer in the process and hope for its continued success.
Dr. Wagner
Very informative, productive, and convenient.
Dr. H. Ataya, West Branch, Mich.
The video conferencing is convenient, and educational, as well as FUN!
Berc Sarafian, M.D.
I have participated in Clinical Information Network for several months. I am a solo Family Practitioner in my 29th year of practice. The CIN has been very beneficial to me in that I can access reps on my schedule from my home or office. This is much better than having a rep come into my office with "new information that I need to tell Doctor" in the middle of a busy day.
The reps with CIN are very professional and always respect my time. They provide me with valuable clinical information about the products that are being detailed and are very able and ready to send me any scientific data that I ask for.
It is more than just a "sales pitch" in that I feel I gain knowledge that I need to prescribe the products safely and effectively. Cost and formulary information are commonly discussed.
I would certainly recommend CIN to my colleagues as a convenient, effective, credible source of information.
Dr. Allen G., Jacksonville, Ill.
The Clinical Information Network is a practical and convenient way to learn about pharmaceutical products, on your own time. I appreciate the convenience of talking to a live sales representative, when it is convenient for me. I highly recommend this service to all physicians.

Thank you for bringing us on demand detailing. It is very convenient and sample requests are easy to make, deliveries reliable, and counts accurate. I do hope that you will be able to bring in more companies to your network to help doctors like me learn about new drugs as well as new things about old drugs.
Lenito J. Sinay, M.D.
The video conferencing is nice since I can do it at my convenience. I can conference with the reps to ask questions on the medications

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the services of the videoconference network. It brought physicians and medical producers together to understand the need and availability of products. It also gave physicians the chance to log in at own convenient time.
N. B. Soliman, M.D.
I would like to thank you for inviting me for the online experience to discussing pharmaceutical products. The idea is novel and comfortable for me. This way I can go online on my schedule and ask questions or ask for studies or even request aid for indigent patients.
This method has opened the door for me to learn about new companies and some very excellent medications which my patients are now enjoying. The technique of direct contact by camera and microphone is as if the pharmaceutical rep is in my office. Well done, Clinical InfoNet.
Dr. Irvin Gastman
Once the software is installed, the process works without any significant problems. The video link camera and microphone are provided, so no need to purchase any equipment. The calls are easy to do, and not burdensome or overly time consuming. As a survey and information media, a pleasure to use and participate in.
L. Kantor, M.D., Palm City, Fla.
I think that your program is a fantastic vehicle for me to keep updated on pharmaceutical products, provide better service to my patients, and do this on my own time.
I am too considerate of my patients' time waiting to see me, to have reps interrupt my day on their schedule. Patients do not like to sit in the waiting room and watch reps consume the time of the physician whom they are waiting to see.
I appreciate gleaning information from what the reps have to tell me, but admittedly, they are sales people and are taking my time only because they want me to help their sales. Dinners and donuts are not an adequate exchange.
I would more than welcome more sponsors for your program.
Dr. Rich Cook, Zionsville, Penn.
The experience with video detailing has been very good. I can access the site at my convenience and stay on for as much time as I feel necessary in my working schedule. The discussions are informative and I have received prompt information such as relevant articles from the representative at a short notice.
Dr. Bernard Weinbach
I have participated in several online detail networks. I have been very pleased with Clinicalinfonet.com.
1. I can participate at my convenience and thus have more time to devote to the detail. Often, I go straight to web sites to gather additional info or clarification of points discussed in the detail.
2. The webcam allows the detail without the use of phone lines, busy signals, voicemail, etc.
3. Technical service is very helpful in resolving technical issues which do arise as the internet gets more accessible.
4. Transitioning to online details is inevitable.
In almost 30 years of clinical practice, I have seen many changes. I have developed personal friendships with drug reps but the economics mean that just like door-to-door salesmen and secretaries that actually answer the phone, in-person drug reps will probably cease to exist.
Clinicalinfonet.com is well poised to ease the transition to online details.
Dr. Robert Carter, Hinesville, Ga.
I have been an enthusiastic supporter of these types of conferences with your representatives, and likewise with other companies that have done this presently or in the past. It's very enjoyable and I find that this will be a major way to obtain information about products in the future. Thanks for having these types of programs.
Dr. Willke, Indian Springs, Ohio
The videoconferencing is excellent and staffs are very professional. You can do it at your convenient time and at your home. The time you spend is well worth it. You get your information quick and short. I do not hesitate to endorse this site to my friends and colleagues.
Bala A. Krishnan, M.D., MPH, FAAFP, Ocala, Fla.

I have done video conferencing for many moons now! I found the video conferencing with Clinical Info Net refreshing. The representatives that I have dealt/spoke to are very professional. They are not "pushy" yet knowledgeable of the products they discuss. All are courteous. They spend time to answer questions that are presented to them. They also provide resources in the form of samples and literatures that help me understand the products more.
The manner of their presentation speaks for the company they represent.
Dr. De Leon, Dearborn
Direct communication via the internet is more convenient and accessible compared to live interactions which is the gold standard. Constant repetition by this technique and quick access to supporting medical reports by the detail person allows reinforcement to the benefits and liabilities of the product advertised.
If third parties’ key leaders and testimonials of patients allowed, more interest would be afforded in the use of the products. This would be more accessible by the internet compared to in person presentations.
I would welcome more pharmaceuticals houses to use this video conferencing techniques to promote their products.

I have been participating in the Clinical Info Net program over the last year. I have found it to be a very interesting way to receive updated pharmaceutical information. The presentations are brief and to the point and since I initiate the contact, do not interfere with my practice.
DKL, M.D.
I have been using Clinical InfoNet for video detailing by 'drug reps' for about a year now. The video and audio quality is good. Technical support is very good and prompt. The meetings are short, to the point and non-intrusive.
I recommend this company without reservation.
Ravi Gill, M.D., FACP, President, East End Primary Care PLLC
I enjoy the Clinical Info Net service. The equipment works well and the encounters are crisp. I wish you had more companies. Your staff is very responsive and this is a valuable service to me, as a practitioner.
Larry Dobkin, M.D.
Clinical Information Network has been a way to get medical information at my convenience rather than being obligated to see pharmaceutical reps when the happen to show up in my office.
The technical support has been very helpful and available as needed, but, really I haven't needed much support once I got plugged into the system.
The pharmaceutical representatives on the Clinical Information Network have been very professional and respectful of my time. Their updated information is always appropriate and they have been very helpful in obtaining samples for the office and in a very efficient way.
I really appreciate this opportunity to obtain pharmaceutical information at my convenience and on my terms.
Dr. KSU
Thank you for supplying this excellent service to me. I find the technical aspects to be very good and on the rare occasion I need help, it is attended to very quickly and without hesitation, and with the outcome I expected.
Your detail/sales staff have been courteous, knowledgeable, and always respectful of my time. It has been convenient and a pleasure communicating with them with the audio-visual props you have supplied.
I am looking forward to additional pharmaceutical companies on your plan to enhance our relationship. Thank you again for allowing me to be a participant in your program.
Richard Reines, M.D., Hollywood, Fla.
The video call method for detailing is much better. It doesn't interfere with my business. I can do it at a more convenient time and my patients don't resent the time. I actually pay a lot more attention because I am not thinking of the next patient in the room and my staff is not asking me five other questions.

It is an invaluable resource to be able to communicate with pharma companies ... especially during theses restrictive times. It is truly appreciated.

As an older physician trying to keep up with my children and their computer skills, I was attracted to CIN’s offer of video equipment for my computer and the opportunity to try my hand at videoconferencing. My attempt at videoconferencing has been a success from my perspective and I presume advantageous for you in the sense of getting your foot in my door.
Your sales representatives that I have spoken to “directly” with have all been very courteous and knowledgeable, respectful of my time, as well as pleasant in the way they have gotten their messages across to me.
It is interesting that I have felt it more difficult to close down a video computer connection than excuse myself from an in-office face-to-face discussion with a sales representative, perhaps because it has been me who initiated the contact, perhaps because I remain a bit enamored with the system.
I think it would be reasonable for other pharmaceutical companies to try your approach, at least for physicians like myself.

I like the Clinical Information Network because it allows me access to new drug information on my time schedule. The information that is provided adds value to my practice and is presented in a professional manner with respect to my time.
Juan Aponte, M.D.
I have gotten details from the InfoNet and find it very easy to use and convenient since I pick the time for the detail. I use it each month except for the couple of months my computer was in the shop. I enjoy it and will continue to view monthly.
John Jones, M.D., Chamberlain, S.D.
Everything is fine with the video conferencing. It’s easy to do and much better than seeing the sales reps in my office.

I love the service. Especially in primary care, our focus is patient availability hours - the only source for our income - so drug reps coming on "their time" does not work when I need to be seeing patients. Lunch hour and evening works better to discuss medication updates, etc.

I find the reps very nice and mindful of my time. They provide information that I request in a concise manner. And they provide me with samples of products that I use for my patients.

I find the Clinical Information Network to be helpful. It is convenient and with extended hours, tight office and hospital schedule, and easy access through videoconferencing network, it is very user friendly. I really enjoy viewing the slides and interacting with InfoNet personnel.

I am quite pleased with the level of service from the Clinical Information Network. Each time I've needed to call with a question or problem, I received an excellent response from the tech people.
Arnold Blustein, M.D.
I have been participating in Clinical Information Network for sometime and I thoroughly enjoy that. I can call at my own convenience and the fact that both of us can see and talk at the same time makes a it a very lively experience. I hope more pharmaceutical companies participate thru this program
Dr. Syed Haque
I do enjoy the Clinical Information Network. I enjoy the 1-on-1 conversation with a drug rep at my convenience. Sometimes I feel it is difficult to speak with a drug rep in my office when I'm busy with patients. Clinical Information Network allows me to talk to a pharmaceutical rep at my convenience. The reps have been very professional and informative.

Clinical Information Network provides a wonderful communication tool that helps
me know more about certain medications and treatments. It is very interactive and definitely different. I would connect again and would highly recommend it to my colleagues.

I would definitely say that Clinical Info Network is really a helpful videoconferencing tool to communicate between healthcare providers and pharmaceutical drug company's sales reps.
I have been enjoying this conference for more than a year. I have learned a lot from these video talks about specific drug products.
Best thing of this Network is that I can initiate the talk at my free time whether at work or at home. Sales reps are very knowledgeable and are very honest in their candid opinion about the drug products.
So, this Network is doing their best job to help update physicians about drug products and help their patients in treating certain medical conditions. Initial set up was very easy and equipment was provided free. Tech support is also very good for any technical problems, which I usually do not expect after initial setup.
I would definitely love to have more pharma companies on board. Staffs are very helpful in getting me plenty of samples in time once I have submitted the request.

I do enjoy talking to you guys during my free time. I would like to see more products or companies on your roster.
Dr. Jao
I am really excited about this whole project and would certainly like to see further companies joining the network. This could be something great.

Overall, I have been happy with the network. The interaction has been good and the samples to try always helpful!
Thanks, keep up the good work. Look forward to other companies joining in the future to interact with. Being able to contact them on a more relaxed schedule is very useful than between patients in the office.

I am very pleased with your program. It has a good format, your sales representative are very pleasant, and it is easier to listen to them at home or in the office while we have more time.
I think this will be the future of drug detailing since it is more effective.

Clinical Info Network has proved to be an excellent educational resource with new and relevant information. I highly recommend it.
Gary Rogg, M.D.
I am very satisfied with the videoconferencing service Clinical InfoNet provides. It makes it very convenient for doctors that run busy practices, like myself, to find the most opportune time to make a contact with professional pharmaceutical representatives to ask questions about their products or simply request samples.
I would recommend my colleagues to participate with Clinical InfoNet without any hesitation.
Miguel Mazariegos, M.D.
I have enjoyed participating with Clinical Information Network. The representatives have all been very knowledgeable and extremely respectful of time constraints. I appreciate the opportunity to click in at my convenience.
There are many companies that I do not get to see in my office for all kinds of corporate reasons, and I sincerely regret that. I hope that the opportunities expand with your company and wish you well.

I am very happy with the Clinical Information Network. It’s a convenient way to receive drug updates as well as to request samples at a time that’s suitable to me. Seeing the reps on video gives the discussion a personal touch. Also, they are very knowledgeable.
L. Ramkishun, M.D.
I have been participating in the video conferencing for several months and I have found it to be very convenient. Instead of taking time out of my busy schedule when I am seeing patients, I can call the video conferencing at my convenience when I have time and have a relaxing, informative session about a product.
Instead of just looking at the slides, I am also interacting with a live person as well as looking at just the pertinent slides instead of all the slides that other program use as 'fillers'. This is a much better use of my time.

Clinicalinfonet.com video conferencing service is very unique in my experience. I am not a computer nerd, and I like to use the computer a lot. To be more accurate, I was one of the people who used the iPhysician.Net video conferencing program a few years ago. I have found this service very useful in many ways.
1. I can call the professional representative at my convenience and from my office or home.
2. Timing provided by the service is so convenient that it is never a problem to call them.
3. If I am low on samples, I can always go back and request more samples.
4. With the time constraint I have, I think this service is really great as the professional rep in the office could be a nuisance at times. Even though a great majority of them are real nice people and they do a good job, but having three, or five, or seven, sometimes in a day? I can't handle them.
5. Quality of service is great. Technical support people are very helpful.
6. If I have the choice, I will use this service instead of spending my patients’ time with rep.
With new pharma guidelines, I can tell you that getting into physicians' offices will now be even more difficult. This is the reality of life.
Doctor Saleem Memon, Grays Harbor Internal Medicine, Aberdeen, Wash.
Clinical Information Network has been a useful medical resource and communication link between busy clinicians, like myself, and pharmaceutical companies. The network has enabled me to speak one-on-one with pharmaceutical representatives about certain pharmaceutical products. These live video conferences have allowed me to get hard-to-find answers to specific questions about products. These conferences have increased my confidence in prescribing certain products.
Thang Nguyen, D.O., Chandler, Ariz.
I have enjoyed being part of the Network and am completely satisfied with it so far. I plan to continue my participation in the Network.
Dr. Paul Miller
To me, Clinical Information Network is a very useful, very convenient way to learn about Pharmaceutical Companies' products. I wish that all Pharmaceutical Companies will join in to provide us with this easy, convenient way to access for product information and samples/coupons/vouchers for patients when needed.
Van Duong, M.D., W. Covina, Calif.
The Clinical Information Network is a seamless venue for two-way interaction with pharmaceutical reps affording me with support materials, product education, and samples. The system can be quickly accessed during office hours or after-hours at my convenience.
The staff is personable and the relationship that develops rivals that achieved with live reps. The technical support is excellent, is immediately accessible, and resolves any issues within minutes. I would like to see this network expand to encompass a wider variety of firms and products.
Dr. Daniel Rappaport, Whitehall, Penn.
I been extremely happy with my association with your company. I have done online detailing, and your staff is very professional and aware of my time and effort to comply with monthly calls. I would recommend your company.
James Dunn , M.D., Muncie, Ind.
I have enjoyed the video conferencing since the beginning. I have done it for many months and it has gone very smoothly. The very first time I did it, I was having a technical problem, but the IT person responded quickly and helped me, solved the problem, and did not make me feel stupid.
The fact that I can do it at my convenience from my home is very non-stressful.
Dr. Ann Calland, Westerville, Ohio
I enjoy the video conferences very much. The conferences are excellent. They are a source of information. I regard them as first class with no bias and no undue pressure on the physicians. There is comparison with other products. They render good presentation of their own products.
I hope you will add more companies. The companies will definitely benefit by your video conferences. Companies will be exposed to all kinds of Physicians. They will save a lot of money and man hours.
